Base Introduction:

Robust base with high rigidity. Z/W axes use hard rail + reinforced ribs for optimal rigidity, loading capacity, and dynamic accuracy.

Spindle Head:

Enclosed headstock enhances rigidity, prevents resonance/thermal effects, improves cutting stability.

Saddle

Y-axis: double hard guideway, large span. Extra-large base cross-section. Static adjuster reduces sag and torsion, ensuring Y-axis straightness.
