The Cylinder Bore Turning and Milling Composite Center is a niche powerhouse tailored for the hydraulic and engine industries. Machining internal bores is notoriously difficult due to vibration, poor chip evacuation, and heat buildup. Our center solves these issues with a reinforced Z-axis travel and an integrated, high-pressure through-spindle coolant system (up to 70 bar). It combines deep-hole boring with internal milling and threading, ensuring that all internal ports are perfectly aligned with the bore. By eliminating the move from a boring mill to a separate machining center, you guarantee the concentricity required for high-pressure fluid power integrity.
