The Shaft CNC Turning and Milling Composite Center is a specialized platform designed to overcome the physics of slender-part machining. Long shafts are prone to deflection, vibration, and "bowing" during turning and milling. Our center solves this with programmable, self-centering hydraulic steady rests and synchronized tailstocks. This allows for high-speed turning and the milling of splines, keyways, and cross-holes across the entire length of the shaft (up to 4000mm) without chatter. The integrated Y-axis provides true off-center milling capability, making it the ideal tool for high-precision motor rotors and transmission shafts.
